About ntgrate
ntgrate® designs and weaves premium woven vinyl flooring in Kortrijk, Belgium, the heart of the Flanders textile region. ntgrate develops and produces every product in-house, giving it full control over the manufacturing process from yarn to finished floor.
ntgrate® uses a combination of recycled, mineral and bio-based materials to significantly reduce environmental impact.
Pattern is woven, not printed. Coloured yarns interlock to create structure and texture; because the design is integral to the material, ntgrate® designs resist fading and wear.
Custom yarns are extruded around a fibreglass core for strength and woven on jacquard looms. The result is a floor that is resilient, easy to clean and built for demanding spaces, from workplace and hospitality to retail, education, healthcare and wellness.
All designs are offered as broadloom, planks or tiles. Glueless installation means floors can be lifted, cleaned and reconfigured as layouts change. Select ranges are offered as customisable indoor/outdoor rugs, in partnership with WOOP rugs.

The ntgrate® aesthetic spans from subtle woven patterns and textures to intense colours. The playfulness of shaped tiles and rugs makes a statement all their own.
Four design collections offer everything from calming to bold, with colours that coordinate across the range. For further design freedom, ntgrate offers Versatile – five shaped tiles in 100 colours – and WOOP+ntgrate indoor/outdoor rugs.
Sustainability
ntgrate continues to push the boundaries of sustainability for woven vinyl. All of its yarns include mineral and recycled content. The Core and Eco Core collections add bio-based materials to further reduce the carbon footprint; Eco Core’s yarn is an impressive 97% bio-based, mineral and recycled content. The acoustic backing is made from 93% recycled PET.
ntgrate’s headquarters is BREEAM-certified and runs on renewable energy, with geothermal heating and cooling, rainwater reuse and maximum use of daylight. ntgrate flooring has an EPD, is low VOC, and contributes towards LEED, BREEAM and WELL projects.
