Robert Kairua

Robert comes with extensive knowledge & experience in construction, property management for Government, and commercial projects.
He has covered all aspects of flooring from installation, maintenance, estimating, project management and sourcing of materials – from the ground up. This includes sales, contracts and all facets of flooring.
Robert is passionate about delivering quality and suitable products with minimal impact on our environment.

In his spare time, Robert loves reading, cooking, gardening, tramping with family and friends and serving in local community initiatives – like soup kitchen & school make overs.

Umesh Dayal

Umesh manages all operations at Heritage Carpets. He can be approached to arrange sampling, pricing, orders, follow up on deliveries and also ongoing customer support.

He conducts continuing research of new products and opportunities. Any input, requests and feedback is greatly received by Umesh.

Umesh’s background is mainly in commercial property, but also includes real estate and development.

Umesh takes care of sales for the Wellington and Christchurch regions.

Claire Tamse

Claire fills our crucial Sales Support position. She brings in experience from Sales and Customer Service and is working hand in hand with Umesh to make sure clients’ expectations are met.

Born in the Philippines, Claire loves to travel and learn different culture & languages. Outside the office, she’s a movie buff and an old soul, who loves to listen to good music, care of Frank Sinatra.

Rashmika Nathoo

Rashmika joined Heritage Carpets in Late 2011. She performs accounts and HR management duties.

She runs a tight ship and will often be the person you speak to on the phone when calling in for account or administration queries.

Rashmika works part time at Heritage Carpets and full time as a Mum and has a background in travel and administration.

Bareeka Vrede

Born in South Africa and raised in New Zealand, Bareeka spent most of her teenage years in Australia before moving back to NZ to complete her university degree in Visual Arts.
Now an AUT graduate, Bareeka spends her time trying new restaurants and providing invaluable sales support to our Auckland based Architectural Consultants.

She also has the best hair ever!

Boon Han Liew

Boon is the muscle of the operation here in the Heritage Carpets office. He is the one keeping the Sales team all well-resourced with the required materials. He keeps our library up to date and sends samples to the resellers and designers all around New Zealand.

Boon adds a special wit and a few laughs to this small team.

Unjula Chhima

Unjula works part-time at Heritage Carpets as our Marketing Assistant. She is the face behind our Social Media posts and is the person to contact for any marketing queries.

Unjula has a background as a Sales and Event Coordinator. In her “spare” time she can be found coordinating her children and fulfilling her duties as a Mum
