modulyss® provides the opportunity to create truly unique spaces with custom-designed carpet tiles.

With the potential for a profound connection to your client’s brand identity, culture and story, tailor-made flooring design takes individuality to the next level.

Choose between a selection of base tiles to print your graphics or imagery onto. The custom pattern is printed across the carpet tiles (not printed then cut from a roll) so the modular system lays with the near-seamless look of broadloom. Tiles are ideal for irregular spaces, reducing waste and allowing more complex layouts to accommodate patterns with ease.

Pick a pattern, add your colour

PROCESS:

Select your base 50cm x 50cm tile from neutrals in these designs:
- Velvet& 130, 932 – Textured tile – tufted loop, tip sheared
- Prominent 37, 195, 090, 38 – Luxe, even Saxony (deep pile) tile
- First Forward 061 – Loop pile tile ideal for print accuracy
- Cambridge& 181, 817 -Short, cut pile tile
Create or select your design (graphics or an image)
Select your colours (reference CMYK or PMS Pantone, or any internationally recognised colour chart)
Confer with the modulyss custom design team for guidance via your Heritage Carpets representative
Once the design details are confirmed, expect a digital preview within 5 working days
Once the design preview is approved, a printed sample will be dispatched ex Belgium in 10 working days
Once the sample is approved using a standard tile base, orders up to 500m2 will be processed and ready for dispatch ex Belgium in 15 working days

The pattern is printed across multiple carpet tiles, then laid to create the pattern as a whole, not cut from a roll

GOOD TO KNOW:

Modulyss carpet tiles all carry a 15-year commercial warranty
For alternative base tile colours or orders over 500m2, lead time is on request.
Colour-blocking has a limit of 8 colours (plus the base tile colour) on a single tile
