Miranda will collaborate with you to create a visual representation of the story you wish to tell. Her designs are born from symbols or illustrations of nature, or stories of the spirit that weave a tale and give context to your interior.
Fully custom designs are available as rugs and broadloom.
Rugs and Broadloom/Roll Carpet
Materials
Rugs are hand-tufted and made from 100% New Zealand wool. Broadloom (roll carpet) is Axminster, made from a blend of 80% wool, 20% nylon, which increases the durability of the carpet.
Prices
Custom colours and sizes for existing ranges and fully bespoke, custom designs are priced on application.
Rugs are priced per rug, whereas broadloom (Axminster roll/wall-to-wall carpet) is priced per square metre.
Prices given are in New Zealand dollars.
Process
The existing range of rugs and broadloom can be custom coloured for your interior. Alternatively, Miranda can collaborate with you to create an entirely new bespoke design.
Commissioned designs involve consultation with Miranda to understand your needs and the story of place.
Miranda’s design process is all about connecting people to nature to create a sense of place. To create Nature Inspired Interiors we explore the spirit of place, natural forms and symbols, colour palette of place and the history of the people and land. We can explore this design process efficiently or we can embark on a deeper journey.

Once the design is finalised, samples will be made to check colours and design before the product is manufactured.
Delivery is +/- 12 weeks, depending on the number of preliminary samples required to perfect the detail.
