Inspired by continuity, things blended and finely detailed, Chronologies mixes an earthy authenticity with pure minimalism and a dash of surprising texture.
NOW/THEN
Modern, defined as a specific 20th-century movement characterised by a break with convention, is often used to express “of the moment.” The broken and interlocking lines of Now/Then speak to the living timeline of design – to being modern.
LOT 45
Lot 45 plots the interconnectedness of moments in time. The name pays homage to Bentley’s design history, celebrating 45 years of manufacturing carpets. Just as contemporary artists and designers assemble seemingly disparate things, old and new, to uncover fresh compositions, Bentley sees a future inspired by both past and present.
