It’s as easy as select a pile, select or design your shape or shapes to sit together, choose a colour for each shape.

  • Standard sizes: 200cm diameter, 170 x 240 cm and 200 x 300 cm.
  • Minimum order per colour is 1.5 m².
  • Maximum width 400 cm
  • Shapes can interlock, simply by being placed adjacent on the floor, held by the non-stick backing, keeping the arrangement flexible

Unique Construction and Anti-Slip Backing
Rugs are constructed in a unique way that means no edging is required, providing a minimalist, elegant finish.

The innovative laminate backing is:

  • non-slip
  • safe to use with underfloor heating and humid environments
  • won’t cause contact discolouration on the floor
  • made from recycled PET
  • is free from PVC, plasticisers, and other environmentally harmful substances.

STANDARD OPTIONS

SINGLE COLOUR

Large or Small Scale – RS 100 Series

For each shape, there is a Model number and a numerical Factor.

The Factor is used to retain the proportions to scale the Model up or down, and to calculate the number of square meters and price. The maximum dimensions are listed in the overview.

 

MULTI COLOUR – COMBINE SHAPES AND COLOURS

Create – RS 200 & RS 300 Series   

Choose shapes that sit together as shown, from one pile type, in any colours from that pile type.

The non-slip backing keeps them in place against each other, yet flexible to swap out, giving the impression of a single, cohesive rug.

We recommend ordering the shapes in the maximum dimensions listed in the overview.

The dimensions can be reduced to 75 % of the maximum size.

CUSTOM

Create a custom design up to a maximum size of 400cm x 800cm. P.O.A

  1. Download and print the grid paper and unleash your creativity.
  2. Sketch your custom design with a maximum size of 400 x 800 cm on the grid paper. Note that one square on the grid paper corresponds to 10 cm x 10 cm. The minimum order quantity is 1.5 m².
  3. Choose the pile type and colour/s and write it on your drawing. Example: Fortino, colour 120.
  4. Scan your custom shape and send us a PDF file for a quote.

 

 

 

 

FLAT WEAVE

Apis Rug Collection

The Apis Rug Collection celebrates nature, drawing inspiration from the geometry of the beehive. The unique pattern, created by the internationally renowned design brand Yo2, brings a patinated, biophilic motif combined with exceptional durability.

The flatwoven Apis design features a smooth 100% recycled PET felt backing, yet its weight ensures it stays firmly in place on the floor. The elegant shadow border visually frames the rug.

  • Choose a size – 200 cm diameter, 200 x 300 cm, and 170 x 240 cm
  • Choose one of 7 earthy colourways

 

SUSTAINABILITY

Fletco use recycled materials whenever possible: the carpet backing is made of recycled plastic bottles, the carpet tubes are made of recycled plastic, and yarn production waste and cardboard is recycled.

Since 2016, Fletco production facilities have been powered by fully CO2-neutral wind energy.

A geothermal system reduces the consumption of fossil fuels. Most of the waste heat from production is captured and utilised, for example, to heat the buildings.
